I think Steve Wynn is spot on. Our government officials are out of control. There is no reason a state such as California should be bankrupt or on the verge. Our politicians in Washington have forgotten that it is capitalism that made us so great in the first place. We needed to let some of the businesses fail in order for others to expand and lead the way. Instead, the bailouts will be our downfall.

Dan, I sure hope you are right (and I think you are). As a life long Laker fan I can tell you the only thing better than a Lakers championship is doing it against the Celtics. And nothing would be worse than watching Boston Celebrate at Staples. Lets just hope the refs stay out of the way. I predict a Lakers victory and the least amount of fouls called all series.

I pick Lakers-Celtics in Finals, although after tonight, it looks like the Lakers have their hands fun. Bosh/Bynum… Hmmm, I don’t get that one. Bosh is a free agent, so he can go wherever the money is. That trade rumor was possible in January, but not now (in my opinion). Nice to hear from you, hope you are doing well.

Dan, I just found your blog…very cool. You might remember I’m a long time Laker fan,so I,m pumped about a Celtic’s Lakers final.I expected the Lakers to make the final,but not the Celtics. And now I like our chances even more due to home court(2-3-2),and the revenge factor.Who you pickin.
Also what do you think about a Bosh for Bynum deal? I think I want to give Bynum a liitle longer to develope before giving up on him,he is such a defensive presence.
